Who it’s for

A different view for everyone who touches a debt.

One system, scoped to each person. Agents see their cases, finance sees the money, your clients see their own book. The data itself is scoped: hiding a button is never the access control.

Principals and owners

The whole operation in one view, with every leak named.

Open the dashboard and see the book, this month’s collections against target, what is reconciled, and where money is waiting. Approve commission and client statements knowing the figures tie.

  • Book value, collections, reconciled money, 61+ and cure rate on one screen
  • What needs attention: allocation exceptions, suspense, proof to review, approvals waiting
  • Approve and lock each month: a reviewed month never changes
  • Configuration changes proposed by one person and approved by another

Operations managers

Load, allocate and run notices without a spreadsheet.

Load your client’s files, see what was held back and why, and allocate the book by property within each team’s areas. Notice batches go out on time because the countdowns run themselves.

  • Every load checked row by row, with a report of what each figure counts
  • Allocation by property, balanced by value or count, with an exception queue
  • Team areas: which regions and books each team works
  • Notice batches and field deliveries tracked to proof

Agents and team leaders

Work that explains itself, and pay they can see growing.

Agents open My day and know what to do first. Every case says why it is in the queue and what to do next. My pay shows provisional commission growing with every matched receipt, and every exclusion with its reason.

  • A queue in priority order, with filters for promises and callbacks due
  • Log a call outcome, a promise or an arrangement in one place
  • Target progress always in view, and My performance over time
  • Team leaders see their team’s boards and every agent’s trend

Finance

Money matched before it counts. Months that stay closed.

Receipts are matched by channel and lot. Duplicates go to review. Commission is calculated from reconciled money only, and client statements show what was billed, what was paid and what is still owed.

  • Receipts by month, channel and lot, with what each file screened out
  • Client statements with VAT where the rate adds it, and payments set against them
  • Commission runs to the cent, approved and locked
  • Reversals only with a reason, and always on the record

Compliance

Every action, with who, when, before and after.

Compliance decides complaints, sees the full audit trail, and exports it for an inspector in one click. Disputes hold the case until a manager resolves them, so nobody chases a disputed debt.

  • An audit event for every command, kept for seven years
  • Complaints decided by compliance, never by the person who logged them
  • Personal data shown only to roles that need it, with every read logged

Field providers

Geotagged proof that starts the clock.

Delivery companies get their own portal to assign jobs and plan routes. Their field agents use a phone app that works offline, takes photo proof at the door, and checks the location against the property.

  • A day’s manifest in route order, offline when coverage drops
  • Photo proof, geotagged and timestamped, with a panic button for safety
  • The provider portal for assigning, routing and invoicing

Your clients

Their own book, live and read-only.

Municipalities and other creditors see their own accounts, collections, ageing and reports, without calling your office. The database, not the screen, keeps each client to its own book.

  • The book position and collections as your client reports them
  • Account search without your staff notes or file names
  • Reports and CSV exports, with every export recorded
