RevoFlow

About RevoFlow

Built for the firms that collect South Africa’s debt.

Collection firms feel the pain of spreadsheets every single day. RevoFlow was built to take that pain away: one system that holds the work, the money and the record, from the first row of a client’s file to the commission an agent is paid.

Our story

Built alongside a working collection firm.

RevoFlow was not designed in a vacuum. It was specified with a practising South African collection firm and proven on a metropolitan municipal book of tens of thousands of property accounts. Every rule in it, from how a receipt is matched to how an agent is paid, was argued out with the people who do the work.

Every firm on RevoFlow runs the same product from the same release. A fix made for one firm reaches all of them, and each firm’s differences live in its settings: its books, its rates, its targets and its rules.

One codebase

for every firm. Never a fork per client.

What we believe

Six principles behind every screen.

Decision first, not data first

A user is given work, not data to sort. Every screen starts from what needs to happen next, and says why.

Money is reconciled before it counts

A rand is not collected until it is matched. Performance, commission and billing all use the same rule, so nobody is surprised at month-end.

Evidence is the product

A notice served, a call made, a promise kept: each is recorded with proof, so the firm can show what it did, not just say it.

Nobody negotiates

Pay is worked out by rules everyone can read, from receipts everyone can see. Agents trust the number because they can check it.

A deadline is a countdown

Notice periods, prescription and disconnection lists run on the system’s clock, not on someone’s memory.

Learnable in an afternoon

Plain words, screens that explain themselves, and help on every term. No academy, no exam, no tasklist to master.
