Privacy notice

This notice explains how the RevoFlow website at revoflow.co.za handles personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). It covers this website only. How the RevoFlow platform processes your clients’ customers’ information is set out in each firm’s operator agreement.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a demo, the form opens your own email app with the details you entered. Nothing is stored by this website. We receive only the email you choose to send.
• What your browser sends. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange a demo and follow up on it. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any relationship that follows, and then delete it.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Email hello@revoflow.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).

If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
