RevoFlow

How it works

From your client’s file to your first commission run.

RevoFlow starts from the files your client already sends. No rekeying, no new format for them to learn, and no spreadsheet between the book and the pay.

Getting started

Six steps to a working book.

Most of it is your client’s files and your own decisions. RevoFlow does the checking.

  1. Step 1

Your firm gets its own RevoFlow

We create your firm’s own database and deployment from the same release every firm runs. You invite your people, and back-office staff sign in with a second factor.

  2. Step 2

    Load your client’s age analysis

Send the file your client already gives you. RevoFlow learns the book’s regions and segments from it once, checks every row, and shows you the book as your client sees it, figure for figure.

Books and mandates: each book with its fee basis, accounts, balance and arrears
  3. Step 3

    Load the receipts

Payments are matched to accounts, lines for accounts you do not hold are screened out, and each customer’s payment behaviour is learned from what they actually paid.

  4. Step 4

Set up your teams, targets and rates

Load your staff list, say which regions and books each team works, set targets by book and region, and set your client’s contingency rate and your agents’ commission schemes.

  5. Step 5

    Run the first allocation

Properties go to agents within their team’s areas and capacity, balanced by value or by count. Every allocation carries its reason, and nothing falls through.

  6. Step 6

    Your agents start working

Each agent opens My day: promises due, callbacks and a queue in priority order. They log the outcome, the promise or the arrangement, and move on. The receipts tell RevoFlow what was kept.

A month on RevoFlow

The rhythm of a month, without the month-end scramble.

  1. Every day

    Receipts in, promises judged

The day’s receipts are loaded and matched. Promises are marked kept or broken, and every case touched is reassessed.

  2. Every week

    Allocation and notices

New handovers are allocated, recalls are closed, and notice batches go to your delivery providers.

  3. Month end

    Reconcile and approve

Finance reviews the month. Commission is calculated from reconciled money, proposed, approved and locked.

  4. After the month

    Statement and pay

Your client’s statement is issued from the same figures, and your agents see exactly what they earned and why.

What you need

Bring three things to your first session.

  • Your client’s latest age analysis, exactly as they send it.
  • A recent receipts extract, so payments and behaviour can be matched.
  • Your staff list and commission schemes, so the work and the pay are yours from day one.

Want to try it first? Rehearse on your client’s real files: RevoFlow marks rehearsal money, refuses to bill or pay on it while it is there, and clears it when you are done.

Send us an age analysis and an hour of your time. We will show you the work your agents would get tomorrow morning, and what it would pay them.
